Guided by an unseen narrator, Jack, Jill, and Rex the dog are playing a simple game. At the end of a countdown, they must each "go and get" an item that starts with a certain letter. The letters change each round, and while Jack and Jill always come back with a correct answer... Rex the dog just can't seem to get it right. Or just maybe there is more than meets the eye with his choices? 

Instantly engaging with its bright gouache illustrations and superb comedic timing, this is sure to be another read-aloud classic produced by the award-winning duo of LaRochelle and Wohnoutka. Go and Get With Rex is not to be missed!
