Where is the Dragon?

The king has sent three knights off to save the kingdom (but mainly the king) from a dragon. As the knights go searching for the fearsome beast, they find a lot of things that in the shadows look like dragons—but aren’t. This clever and rhyming tale is sure to get kids saying “there’s the dragon” or “that’s probably not a dragon” whenever they spy a dragon-like shadow. And when the ending comes around, readers will most likely laugh at the twist. The younger readers who love the idea of being “scared” yet don’t really like actually feeling frightened will enjoy this book.

Hello world! I know you have been anticipating the release of this list all year... my favorite easy readers! Whether they're funny or sweet, these titles are all great for kids taking their first steps for reading. So without further ado...here are my five favorite easy readers of 2024.
