Haughton's bright digital illustrations are simple, yet incredibly expressive. While grownups and kids alike may initially reminisce about a first encounter with the ocean, the broader message of the importance of courage and having the loving reassurance of a big person is thoughtfully conveyed. A great new read aloud to add to your list of favorites!
