This book is perfect for children learning to read: a quick paced, engaging story with enough repetition to be encouraging and enough surprises to be fun. Tabor's simple text and appealing illustrations work together to great effect. Fox the Tiger is the winner of the 2019 Theodor Seuss Geisel Award, which is given annually to the most distinguished American book for beginning readers.

Great news for adventurous, imaginative tweens: we are starting a Dungeons & Dragons program! Nine- to twelve-year-olds are invited to join a tabletop role playing quest in the Story Room on Monday September 14 from 6:30-8:00PM. All experience levels are welcome.
