This wordless picture book allows the child to interpret the bullying, making it relatable. Endnotes include discussion questions about dealing with bullying vocabulary words that parents can use to discuss the book with their child. Great companion book to Be Kind by Pat Zietlow Miller.

Whether they're funny or sweet, these titles are all great for kids taking their first steps for reading. So without further ado...here are my five favorite easy readers of 2024.
