This board book is amazing! Touch-and-feel areas allow your child will be able to experience how marine animals feel. Most of the vocabulary is appropriate for the small children but it also contains fun descriptive words for more advanced readers. This book has the names of parts of the body and some of the habitats of creatures that live in the ocean. The touch and feel textures of animals from the sea and the interesting animal facts make this book perfect for children.

Este pequeƱo libro de pƔginas gruesas es excelente. Esta lleno de figuras que los pequeƱos pueden tocar y sentir la textura de la piel de los animales marinos. Tiene extenso vocabulario, con palabras simples que se pueden usar con los mas pequeƱitos y tambiƩn palabras descriptivas, mas avanzadas que se pueden usar con las mas grandes. Este libro da nombres de las partes del cuerpo de los animales que viven en el ocƩano. Da a los niƱos la oportunidad de tocar y sentir como se sentirƭa la piel de muchas de las criaturas que viven en el mar; lo que hace a este libro ideal para niƱos.

You Need to Read: Percy Jackson

I was a kid myself when  The Lightning Thief  by Rick Riordan was published, and it didn't take long for the Percy Jackson series to take the world by storm. Being the son of a Poseidon, Percy Jackson has some unique challenges as a half-blood. Here's some books that I think could've helped Percy when he was on his adventures trying to save the world: Greeking Out: Heroes and Olympians Written by Kenny Curtis and Jillian Hughes Illustrated by Javier Espila Washington D.C.: National Geographic, 2024. Informational. 191 pages. Percy, I know Chiron did a good job teaching you about mythology in Latin class, but this book is sure to be good to have on hand while you're traveling across the United States. Greeking Out  is written in a kid-friendly voice with vivid illustrations and a sometimes-snarky tone (much like Percy himself).
