Princess Pink and the Land of Fake-Believe #1
by Noah Z. Jones
New York : Branches/Scholastic Inc., 2014.

Princess Pink is anything but a princess! That is just her name, and she also hates the color pink. She loves everything messy, muddy and gross. Her world is literally turned upside down when she opens the fridge for a midnight snack. She falls into a really twisted fairytale land where nothing is as it should be. And the worst part is, Princess's hair turns PINK!!!!! Can she get over this trauma and help her new friends in this mixed-up world? This is a cute and colorful little chapter book series for 1st-3rd graders.
