Jon Muth's books featuring his loveable panda bears have won numerous awards (Zen Shorts, Zen Ghosts etc). This latest installment contains short poems about the seasons. The poems don't all follow the strict meter requirements for a haiku, but they do capture the spirit of authentic Japanese haiku. The poems are fresh and thought provoking. The poems are illustrated with Muth's exquisitely rendered watercolors featuring a young panda bear and his human friends having fun all year long.
