A little mouse lives all alone in the forest with only the moon for a friend. Every night, the mouse talks to the moon but the moon never talks back. So the little mouse sets out on a journey to get closer to where the moon lives. After a long journey, the mouse finds the moon floating in a pool of water, and when he talks, the moon talks back! But when the sun comes up, the mouse gets quite a surprise.

This is a sweet, peaceful story about discovering new friends and has calming pen and ink illustrations. A great choice for bedtime.
