When Turtle is too sleepy, Squirrel helps him to get energized. And when Rabbit doesn't want to try something new, Squirrel helps him to venture out. The four short chapters are funny, and engaging for young readers. The ink and watercolor artwork is a wonderful, classic touch. This easy reader is a great choice for fans of Lobel's Frog and Toad or Bunting's Frog and Friends!

Great news for adventurous, imaginative tweens: we are starting a Dungeons & Dragons program! Nine- to twelve-year-olds are invited to join a tabletop role playing quest in the Story Room on Monday September 14 from 6:30-8:00PM. All experience levels are welcome.
